SBUX just recently dropped their fall line, as I’m sure you all know.  I’ve been tempted by the PSL and new Chocolate Chai Latte, but know anything with heavy or artificial sweeteners will make me feel totes bloat.  So I decided to make a lighter, guilt-free rendition.

Guilt-Free Creamy Chocolate Chai Tea
INGREDIENTS:
8-12 oz water
1-2 bag(s) chocolate chai tea
2-3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat water and prepare tea according to directions.
  2. Stir in desired amount of almond milk and enjoy!

P.S. This herbal tea is decaffeinated, which is probably the last thing I need when dealing with new puppy spunk!
