There’s a reason I put zero effort into my appearance, and why the ponytail I make to wash my face stays up all day.  I am not a morning person.  Overnight oats is a lazy person’s dream.  Because any time I can save from not making breakfast in the morning, I can spend laying in bed, reading blogs and checking social media, all for a good reason…I’m only trying to adjust my eyes 😛  This has been my number one breakfast for the past week.  It’s a fool proof recipe for success…this and a venti iced coffee 😛 (warning: tongue emoji overload)

Vanilla Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.  Cover and shake.  Refrigerate overnight.
